VEKZT reads your storefront without an app or API key. Eligible organizations can also connect Meta Ads for read-only performance data.

How connecting works

Paste your store URL and VEKZT discovers your product pages from your sitemap and on-site links, including any sitemaps referenced from robots.txt. From each product page it extracts the title, price, description, and images into a clean catalog you can review on the Products page. Nothing is installed on your store, no theme change is needed, and no keys change hands. VEKZT only reads the public storefront.

Storefront platforms

Every store is crawled the same way, but how deep the extraction goes depends on the structured data the platform exposes. Shopify has the deepest support, WooCommerce reads cleanly through structured data, and any custom store with product pages can connect.

What to expect on the first crawl

Processing time varies with catalog size and storefront structure. The brand hub pipeline shows crawl, extraction, and Brand Insights status, and a product count appears as extraction completes. If progress stops or no product count appears, see Connect a store or contact support. Crawling and re-crawling never cost credits, so you can re-run a crawl whenever your catalog changes. Once the crawl is done, VEKZT builds Brand Insights from the extracted catalog automatically.

Ad platforms

If Meta Ads is enabled for your organization, an organization admin can connect an account from Settings and map the right account to each brand. VEKZT imports up to 90 days of performance data and refreshes it hourly, so you can review spend, ROAS, and creative performance next to the work that produced it.

The Meta connection is read-only. VEKZT does not create, edit, pause, or publish ads, and it never changes audiences, budgets, placements, or spend. You still choose what goes live. Every variant also exports as an ad-ready PNG in feed 4:5 (1080×1350) or story 9:16 (1080×1920), so it works with Meta and other platforms through their standard upload flow.

Billing

Payments run on Stripe, using checkout for credit packs and subscriptions. Contact support to change plans. The Stripe portal is for payment methods, invoices and receipts, and end-of-period cancellation. See Plans & billing.

Storefront connection stays maintenance-freeBecause VEKZT reads your public storefront, there's no store plugin to update or storefront token to rotate. Re-crawl whenever your catalog changes, and refresh Brand Insights when VEKZT flags them stale. A connected Meta account may ask an administrator to reconnect if its access expires or no longer includes ads read permission.

What can't be crawledPassword-protected or staging storefronts can't be read. Point VEKZT at the live public store. If a crawl returns no products, confirm the URL opens the real storefront and re-crawl.
