Credits, not seats. Free includes 15 credits once. Growth and Scale credits reset monthly whether billed monthly or yearly. Enterprise is custom. Your whole team works in the same brand without per-user pricing.
The plans
- Free includes 15 credits once, with no recurring monthly refill.
- Growth starts at 30 credits for $119 per month and includes one brand workspace with email support. Higher monthly allotments are available within the tier.
- Scale starts at 140 credits for $490 per month across multiple brand workspaces. It adds creative history and shortlisting, expanded monthly credit options, on-demand credit top-ups, and priority support.
- Enterprise adds custom volume, unlimited workspaces, team onboarding, and a direct line to the team. It is contact-only, not a self-service Stripe plan. Talk to us.
Yearly billing charges ten months of the selected monthly price, so the entry offers are $1,190 per year for Growth and $4,900 per year for Scale. Credits still refresh monthly. Current prices and the plan calculator live on the pricing page.
Workspaces and plans
Each store you connect is its own brand workspace, with its catalog, insights, and creatives kept apart. Growth covers one workspace, Scale covers several, and Enterprise is unlimited. If you manage more than one brand, that count is the main thing to size your plan against.
Top-ups
Big testing week? Free users and active Growth or Scale subscribers can buy 20 credits for $70 when checkout is available. Expiry is fixed at fulfillment: without an eligible active paid subscription, the top-up expires 30 days after fulfillment; with one, it stacks on the current monthly allotment and expires at the next anchored monthly credit reset.
Managing your plan
Your account's billing page shows your plan, renewal date, credit meter, and top-up packs. Contact support to change plans. The Stripe portal is for payment methods, invoices and receipts, and end-of-period cancellation.
