Glossary
The words VEKZT uses, defined in one place.
Workspace and catalog
- Brand workspace holds everything that belongs to one connected store, including its catalog, insights, briefs, and creatives, all kept apart from your other brands.
- Pipeline is the ordered set of stages a brand moves through, from analyze store to brand setup to generate to render, with each stage feeding the next.
- Brand hub is the per-brand home screen that shows the pipeline stepper, live product and variant counts, and continue-working tiles back into the tools.
- Crawl is the automated pass that discovers your product pages from the sitemap and page links and extracts their content. It never costs credits.
- Product catalog is the set of extracted products, with titles, prices, descriptions, and images, that VEKZT generates from.
- Extraction status is the readiness flag on each product. Ready means full data, and partial usually means a missing image or description.
- Brand Insights is the brand profile VEKZT builds for you. It covers the summary, audience, voice, visual rules, value props, objections, proof points, angles, and awareness levels, and every field is editable.
- Brand Kit is the explicit visual identity per brand, a palette, a font, a logo, and an image style with a short vibe. When both are set, the Brand Kit wins on visual fields while Brand Insights keep driving the narrative.
Briefing and generation
- Brief, also called the Strategic DNA, is the structured direction behind a generated concept or a single-concept Chat batch. It sets the angle, concept, problem, value proposition, proof points, and visual direction.
- Creative angle is the persuasion route an ad takes, such as comfort first, fit confidence, or sale value.
- Concept is an ad shape to generate against. The six are Feature Callout, Us vs Them, Offer Highlight, Instagram Q&A, Snapchat Story, and TikTok.
- Casting mode controls whether an Instagram Q&A, Snapchat Story, or TikTok concept uses Model, Hands only, or a deterministic Mix of both.
- Awareness level is how familiar the audience is with the problem or product, from unaware to problem aware to solution aware to product aware. It shapes how the message is pitched.
- Variant is one complete generated ad, with copy, layout, and image together.
- Batch is a group of variants produced in one generation run. A Quick Generate batch can include selected concepts with separate inferred briefs.
- Render is producing the final image file for a variant in a given format.
- Format is the output size, either feed 4:5 (1080×1350) or story 9:16 (1080×1920).
- Feed format is the 4:5 output at 1080 by 1350, the standard in-feed size for paid social.
- Story format is the 9:16 output at 1080 by 1920, the full-screen vertical size for stories and reels.
Editing and billing
- Overlay design is a saved, brief-driven composition whose generated options are adjusted by revising the brief.
- Shortlist is your set of picks from the gallery, the variants worth running.
- Credit is the usage unit. Most rendered ad images use one credit each; Overlay compose reserves one credit per started batch of up to three images, per selected format.
- Reservation is the hold VEKZT places on a credit when a job starts. It is committed on success and refunded automatically on failure, so you never pay for an image you did not get.
- Top-up is an extra credit pack available to Free users and active Growth or Scale subscribers when checkout is available. Expiry is fixed at fulfillment: without an eligible active paid subscription it is 30 days, and with one it is the next anchored monthly credit reset.
- Activity log is the per brand timeline of pipeline, generation, render, and credit events, each with a running balance.
