Where your data lives, what VEKZT stores, and how to get it out.

Hosting & provider processing

Core account, brand, and crawled-content data uses EU-region hosting. When you use generation features, selected AI providers may process the inputs and outputs needed to return a result. The current provider categories and transfer information are described in the Privacy Policy.

What VEKZT stores

Brand and Product operational data, including the crawled catalog, Brand Insights, briefs, and generated assets, is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, including Cloud SQL. Supabase is the identity and commerce data plane for account, organization, billing-mirror, and credit-ledger data.

• Your crawled catalog, including product pages, titles, prices, and images.
• Brand Insights, the profile synthesized from your catalog and site copy, including your edits.
• Briefs and generated assets, including chat sessions, Strategic DNA briefs, variants, and overlay designs.
• Account data, including profile, plan, and the credit ledger.

In short, VEKZT keeps what it needs to run the loop for you. The catalog it crawled, the insights it built and you edited, the briefs and assets you generated, your account, and the credit ledger. Nothing beyond that.

Model training & sharing

VEKZT does not use customer data to train general-purpose models, and it does not sell customer data. Selected AI providers process generation data to provide the feature you request; check the Privacy Policy for the current provider disclosures and purposes.

Human review and publishing

Generated creative remains under your control. Review every output before you publish it. VEKZT prepares files for export, but does not publish campaigns or control media spend on your behalf.

Export & deletion

Request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting contact@vekzt.com. Deleting a brand removes its catalog, insights, and generated assets.

1. Email the request
   Write to contact@vekzt.com from your account email and say whether you want an export, a deletion, or both.
2. Name the scope
   Tell us whether it is a single brand or your whole account. Deleting a brand clears its catalog, insights, and generated assets.
3. We confirm by email
   The team reviews the request, follows up if identity or scope needs clarification, and confirms when the request is complete.
